A water-fed pole system runs purified (deionized) water through a brush on an extendable pole, scrubbing and rinsing the glass so it air-dries without spots or streaks -- no squeegee needed. It also reaches upper-floor windows safely from the ground in most cases.
Because the water has no minerals left in it, it doesn't leave the spotting that tap water would -- it just evaporates clean.
